Delivery is by 24 or 48 hr insured, trackable courier or royal mail,
within 5 - 7 working days (UK) (excludes Saturday or Bank Holiday)
this may be longer during busy times, you will be informed

Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase please let me know within 7 days & return the item in original condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange (returns or refunds for commissioned artworks are at the artists discretion, I will endeavour to do my best to ensure your complete satisfaction with your commissioned artwork), P&P is at buyers expense unless the artwork has been damaged in transit.
